About Our Courier Service

Welcome to our innovative courier service, designed to provide fast, reliable, and eco-friendly deliveries within a 5-square-mile area encompassing downtown Chapel Hill and Carrboro, NC. Our service is tailored to support local businesses and promote sustainability, offering a convenient alternative to traditional delivery platforms like DoorDash and Uber Eats.

How It Works
1. Choose Your Destination and Store: Select your desired destination and the store from which you want to make a purchase.
2. Courier Acceptance: A courier will accept your delivery request within a 15-minute window. If no courier is available within this timeframe, the delivery request will expire.
3. Secure Payment: Complete your payment securely through Stripe, our trusted third-party payment processor.
4. Order Placement and Confirmation: Place your order for pickup and upload a screenshot of the order confirmation, which will be sent to the courier.
5. Real-Time Tracking and Notifications: Track your courier and delivery in real-time and receive text notifications to stay updated on the status of your delivery.
